Area of triangle is 80cm². If base is 40m, find height.

Area =  1 x base x height

Let height = h

80 =  1 x 40  x h

80 =  1 x 40²⁰ x h,     canceling by 2

80 =  1 x 20  x  h

 

80 = 20h

h = 4cm

 

hence height is 6cm
